Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional support to patients and clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience with medical equipment, medical billing practices, and administrative record management.

Responsibilities:

  • Clear previous days route and check all paperwork for accuracy and completeness
  • Communicate with patients/clients and referral sources verbally and in writing
  • Complete SOPs/CMNs and document on tracking log
  • Comply with company policies and procedures to meet JCAHO standards
  • Coordinate patient information and process paperwork
  • Maintain referral log and monitor office supplies
  • Process paperwork and provide service for retail/walk-in equipment requests
  • Provide technical assistance and verify insurance coverage information
  • Work with outside agencies to resolve customer issues

Estimated Salary Range:$50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
