About the Role

Nidecker Group is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Truckee, California.

This position will work closely with our inbound and outbound logistics managers, customer service team, and warehouse to ensure timely and accurate inventory shipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clerical support to logistics managers during peak periods.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between customer service teams and our 3PL supplier.
  • Maintain excellent communication with internal and external partners to resolve shipment delays.
  • Collaborate with team members to drive continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics department.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Experience with Netsuite and inventory management a plus.
