As an Auto Body Repair Consultant, your primary role will involve delivering administrative assistance to the Collision and Service Department. You will liaise with the Parts Department, Service Department, and Collision Manager to organize repair schedules and keep clients informed about the progress of their vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage parts procurement and installation
- Collaborate with Insurance Providers for estimates and approvals
- Update customers on the status of their repairs
- Prior experience in a collision or body shop is preferred
- Experience with RV products or a background in camping is advantageous
- Proficient in computer usage and internet navigation
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills are essential
- Ability to adhere to departmental procedures and guidelines
- Valid driver's license is necessary
- Capability to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistance
- Willingness to engage in prolonged standing, bending, stooping, and crawling
The salary range for this position considers various factors, including skills, experience, training, certifications, and organizational needs. At Camping World, it is uncommon for new hires to start at the upper end of the salary range. Compensation decisions are based on the aforementioned factors. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is provided below. This role is eligible for variable compensation in addition to the base salary. The estimated annual variable compensation range is $10,000 - $50,000.
Salary Range:
$18.81 - $22.34 Hourly
