Pacifica Continental is seeking an experienced Assistant Fabrications Operations Manager to lead our team in Texas. As a global leader in the meat processing sector, we pride ourselves on our industrial scale and advanced technology, producing a wide range of beef products for domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enforce safety and sanitation regulations to ensure a secure working environment.
  • Direct and coordinate the activities of employees engaged in beef product operations, including inspectors and meat cutters.
  • Analyze charts, work orders, production schedules, and reports to determine production requirements and evaluate current production estimates and outputs.
  • Confer with superintendents to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments.
  • Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals.
  • Inspect materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions.
  • Demonstrate equipment operations, work, and safety procedures to new employees or assign employees to experienced workers for training.
  • Resolve worker problems, complaints, or grievances through effective communication with management or subordinates.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in the beef industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of all aspects of operations.
  • Conflict resolution skills.
  • Management experience in the meat packing industry.
  • Computer knowledge required.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
