About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to join our team as a Store Team Leader at Pet Supplies Plus. As a leader, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer engagement, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and community partners to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in retail leadership or management.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
