We are seeking a highly skilled Multicraft Maintenance Technician to join our team at Aerotek.

Job Summary:

Aerotek is a leading workforce solutions company that connects skilled trades workers with top employers across North America. As a Multicraft Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on robots, PLCs, and pneumatics in a climate-controlled plant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on robots, PLCs, and pneumatics
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with industrial equipment
  • Work with electrical and hydraulic systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance and repair
  • Strong knowledge of robotics, PLC programming, and electrical systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
