We are looking for a highly skilled Member Advocate to join our team. As a Member Advocate, you will provide support to our members in a caring and personal manner, making them feel like part of an organization that is here for them.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a customer-serving atmosphere and a basic understanding of insurance and medical terminology. Medicare knowledge is strongly preferred.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • 3 plus years call center experience.
  • 3 plus years of experience in a customer-serving atmosphere.
  • 2 plus years of experience with an insurance/payor preferred.
  • Basic understanding of insurance and medical terminology.
  • Medicare knowledge strongly preferred.
