Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator to join our team at Inframark, LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of equipment at medium to large sized water/wastewater facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducts routine testing, monitoring, and maintenance of production wells, water/wastewater facilities.
Performs and documents treatment process and maintenance of treatment facility equipment to assure proper operations and documents.
Responds to call outs and after-hours emergencies to repair treatment equipment, pumps, motors, sensing devices, instrumentation, and electrical support.
Ensures facilities are secure. Trains employees on proper plant operations, repair, and installation techniques, SOPs, and safe work practices.
Communicates with clients and customers related to routine technical aspects of operations.
May coordinate maintenance activities at the treatment facility.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED and 4 years water/wastewater experience.
Valid Driver's License (CDL preferred). Water/Wastewater Operator's License specific to state and site-specific requirements.
Advanced knowledge of water/wastewater. Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications & internet.

Problem Solving & Quality:

Pays attention to detail. Checks work for quality. Shares suggestions to improve quality & productivity. Works independently with minimal supervision. Takes projects to completion. Follows all company policies & SOPs. Manages multiple tasks, projects, & priorities. Takes accountability for own performance.
