Senior Electronic Technician

As a Senior Electronic Technician at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting all plant equipment. You will provide technical expertise to maintenance craftsmen and work at a higher level with little direction or supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist production flow restoration as necessary
Monitor instruments & control devices for proper operation, plan & follow through with corrective actions
Participate in root cause failure analysis as needed
Assist with selection of replacement parts
Requirements:
Certificates specific to electrical background. High School Diploma or GED
7-10 year electrical/electronic experience preferred
Manufacturing experience in a production facility with a strong electrical background
Skills:
PLCs
VFDs
Troubleshooting
Ladder Logic
