Electroencephalographic Technician Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Electroencephalographic Technician to join our team at Overlake Medical Center. As an EEG Technologist II, you will be responsible for performing electroencephalographic, Ambulatory EEG, and evoked potential testing procedures as ordered by physicians. Your attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently will ensure timely and accurate billing for procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform EEG and evoked potential testing procedures
  • Ensure accurate and timely billing for procedures
  • Follow policies, procedures, and practices outlined in the Code of Conduct and Organizational Ethics policy
Requirements:
  • Sufficient education for Registry eligibility (Associate's degree preferred)
  • Registered EEG Technologist by The American Board of Registration of Electroencephalographic and Evoked Potential Technologists (ABRET) required
  • CLTM (Continuous Long Term Monitoring) certification required
  • Current CPR certification required
  • One year previous experience as an EEG Technologist required, preferably in a hospital setting
  • Computer skills required, with hospital database (EPIC) preferred
