Job Title: Aquatic Program Manager

About the RoleThe Alaska Club is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aquatic Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, organization, and execution of all aquatic programs at The Alaska Club.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement program plans that align with club goals and objectives.
  • Schedule and supervise instructors to ensure high-quality programming.
  • Conduct training sessions for staff on water safety and program requirements.
  • Maintain certification records for staff.
  • Evaluate programs to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in aquatics management or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
