About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Branch Network Management Trainee (SAFE) for National Branch Network as part of the Consumer, Small and Business Banking division. This role requires successful completion of the Branch Manager Readiness program, which includes leading, managing, and developing a diverse team of direct and indirect reports.

Job Responsibilities
  • Cultivate a high-performing team by coaching, developing, and building a strong leadership foundation.
  • Analyze complex financial needs and provide relevant options to customers.
  • Lead a team to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology and share the value of digital banking.
  • Manage operational excellence by executing policies and procedures in alignment with applicable regulations.
Requirements

This position requires 4+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have 2+ years of leadership experience.
