Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • A generous salary of $220,000 per year, based on your experience and qualifications
  • A sign-on bonus up to $50,000 available for qualified candidates
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental insurance, malpractice insurance, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, 23 days PTO + 6 paid holidays per year, 5 days paid CEU time at regular rate, and tuition reimbursement
Job Description

This is a full-time position, working day shifts (6:30 am-5:00 pm) with a 40-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in anesthesia, with experience in endoscopy and pain management. You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with CRNAs, and managing complex cases.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of CRNA experience, with recent graduates also considered
  • A strong understanding of anesthesia principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

We are not considering locum tenens candidates or those who are not medically directed or supervised by an Anesthesiologist. Our ideal candidate will be able to provide independent care and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
