Our focus lies in delivering exceptional services across high-tech and demanding industries, particularly within the Pharmaceutical/Bio-Tech and Themed/Attraction domains.
The Scheduler will play a pivotal role in crafting, overseeing, and sustaining project timelines utilizing Microsoft Project. This position is essential for ensuring that project deadlines are met, and any discrepancies are promptly addressed. The role necessitates onsite presence, facilitating daily interactions with the project team. A solid background in the pharmaceutical sector is crucial for grasping the specific scheduling needs and regulatory frameworks pertinent to this field.
Location: Onsite. Only candidates who are prepared to work onsite will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and refine project schedules through Microsoft Project.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather essential information for detailed scheduling.
- Track project advancement and adjust schedules to accurately reflect current conditions.
- Identify and evaluate potential scheduling delays and risks, proposing effective mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with diverse teams to ensure synchronization with the overall project timeline.
- Prepare regular updates on schedule status, including critical path analysis, earned value metrics, and schedule variances.
- Conduct thorough schedule reviews and audits to ensure precision and adherence to project specifications.
- Assist in creating schedule-related presentations for internal and client meetings.
- Provide insights on the implications of changes and adjustments to project timelines.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company protocols in all scheduling practices.
- Support the project team in resource distribution and workload management based on the project schedule.
Required Skills:
- Expertise in Microsoft Project.
- Strong grasp of scheduling principles and methodologies.
- Experience with critical path analysis and earned value management.
- Background in the pharmaceutical sector with knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards.
- Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with project teams.
- Aptitude for analyzing complex schedules and delivering actionable insights.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project scheduling, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry.
