As a Closing Team Leader, you'll lead a team of passionate individuals who are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our guests. You'll work closely with your team to ensure that the store is running smoothly, that our guests are satisfied, and that we're meeting our sales goals.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of Closing Team Members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our guests
  • Developing effective business partnerships across the store to achieve common goals
  • Demonstrating a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development and modeling inclusive behaviors
  • Helping to close skill gaps through development, coaching, and team interactions
  • Problem-solving and prioritizing across multiple business areas to execute store strategies
  • Supporting leaders through communication and collaboration to influence current sales performance and workload deliverables

As a Closing Team Leader, you'll be responsible for ensuring that the store is running smoothly and efficiently, from opening to closing. You'll work closely with your team to ensure that our guests are satisfied, that we're meeting our sales goals, and that we're providing exceptional service to our guests.

The estimated salary for this role is $21 per hour, based on national averages and industry standards. This includes labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications.
