About the role:

A Site Reliability Engineer II at Top Secret Clearance Jobs works on the Commerce and Ecosystems (C+E) team, collaborating with multiple teams within Azure, Office, and Microsoft to manage a large-scale Commerce platform. The successful candidate will provide world-class analytics to customers about their consumption and billing details, ensuring seamless interaction with Azure and Office.

As a Site Reliability Engineer II, you will drive reliable, scalable, and high-performance solutions across the C+E stack, supporting Commerce + Ecosystems in dedicated clouds and mitigating issues in sustainable ways.

We are looking for a skilled engineer who can leverage telemetry data to identify patterns and trends that drive continuous operational improvement through automation. This initiative will simplify the resolution of service issues and prevent recurrence. You will partner closely with internal customers and engineering teams to mitigate issues, conduct root cause analyses, and uphold security and compliance standards.
