Job Title: Audiology Professional Developer

As a highly skilled Audiology Professional Developer, you will play a key role in providing expert training and support to field professionals on product usage and software in the Audiology/Hearing Aid space, focusing on the Northern California market. Your extensive knowledge and expertise will be crucial in conducting customer training activities, supporting product launches, and collaborating with inter-company departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regional, in-office, and online customer training (80%)
  • Provide clinical expertise and training on product portfolio (10%)
  • Support sales staff with assigned tasks (10%)

Requirements:
  • Doctorate Audiology degree required
  • 2+ years of clinical or industry experience with hearing aid technology and fitting software
  • Prior training or teaching experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management
  • Proficiency in digital technology and MS Windows environments
  • Ability to travel within assigned territory.

Compensation Package: $90,000 - $100,000 base salary plus bonuses approximately $21,000 annually. Comprehensive benefits including matching 401(k). Great career growth opportunities.
