At Taylor Hospital, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Emergency Room Nurse to join our team. As an Emergency Room Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient-centered care by coordinating patient care and working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team, patients, and families.
Responsibilities:- Assess patients and develop individualized plans of care
- Perform patient care and follow medication rights
- Respond to crises using de-escalation techniques and patient seclusion
- Document nursing process and communicate with physicians
- CEN (Certified Emergency Nurse) or ATCN Certification - preferred
- 6 months professional nursing experience
- Current ED (Emergency Department) or 1 year Med Surg/Tele experience or 2 years recent acute care experience as a Paramedic - required
- Mandated and Permissive Reporter Training
