Nurse Practitioner

Job Requirements:

CodeForce is seeking a skilled Medical-Surgical Nurse to join our team for a 12-hour night shift position. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of current experience in a Med-Surg unit and be a team player, flexible, and accustomed to a fast-paced environment.

Certifications and Training:
BLS certification is required and must be completed through American Heart Association, American Health and Safety Institute, or American Red Cross. EPIC EMR experience is preferred.

Shift and Schedule:
12-hour night shift position with start times of 0700 or 1900. Shifts may fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs. On call, weekends, and holidays may be required. Travelers are first to float within the facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of the permanent assigned location.

Orientation and Training:
1st week of contract, not to exceed 40 total hours, and includes Epic training.

Additional Requirements:
Required to have an active NM or compact license. Must disclose time off requests with initial submission to be considered for approval. Time off requested after acceptance date will not be approved.

Preferred Qualifications:
EPIC EMR experience and having successfully completed at least one 13-week assignment.
