Job Title: Nurse Practitioner - Ambulatory Care

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team in an Ambulatory Care setting. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our staff to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care in an ambulatory care setting, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Utilize the nursing process to provide direct patient care for telephone triage in the ambulatory care setting.
  • Manage medication refill requests as an agent of the provider, using approved nursing protocols.
  • Ensure safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, and patient-centered care of patients.
Requirements:
  • BLS certification required, completed through American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross.
  • Epic EMR experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
Work Schedule:

Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm, with no weekends, holidays, or call. Travelers are first to float within the facility, and traveling pairs are not guaranteed the same schedules or shifts.
