We are seeking a skilled Teradata Developer with a robust background in regulatory reporting, particularly focusing on FR Y-14Q submissions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Teradata technologies and data management practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize Teradata SQL, BTEQ, FastLoad, MultiLoad, and Teradata Parallel Transporter (TPT) to develop and optimize data solutions.
- Implement best practices in data warehousing and regulatory reporting.
- Engage with ETL tools such as Informatica or Talend for seamless data integration.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs effectively.
- Exhibit strong project management capabilities, coordinating with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Teradata architecture and database design.
- Conduct performance tuning and optimization for large-scale data processing.
- Develop SQL programming solutions including views, stored procedures, macros, and functions based on user specifications.
- Possess a solid understanding of Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing concepts.
- Create and maintain Unix shell scripts as necessary.
Qualifications:
