Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Registration Specialist to join our team at LHH Recruitment Solutions in Muncie, IN.

Responsibilities
  • Gather and verify patient demographic, financial, and clinical information.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism.
  • Facilitate copay collection conversations with patients.
  • Efficiently manage patient flow from point of entry to destination.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in office, food service, or retail environments is required.
  • Effective communication skills are essential.
  • A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service is necessary.
Work Details

Work hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Contract for leave coverage and full-time (40 hours/week) opportunities available.

Compensation: $16.00 per hour.
