Plasma Donor Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Plasma Donor Coordinator to join our team at CSL Plasma.
Job Overview: As a Plasma Donor Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the donation process, ensuring donor suitability, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the donation process, including greeting donors, conducting registration procedures, and performing health screening procedures.
- Ensure accurate recording of donor data in the electronic donor information management system.
- Educate new donors on the use of therapeutic products made from donated plasma.
- Maintain a clean and efficient work environment and ensure sufficient operating supplies are available.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of three months' experience in a clerical or customer service role (preferably in a medical or health provider environment).
- Ability to perform basic math calculations and understand complex instructions.
What We Offer:
- $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
