Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and physically fit Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will perform a variety of tasks involving manual labor in commercial construction project settings. This is a great opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manual Labor: Performs a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor in commercial construction project settings.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Cleans and prepares job site, removes trash, rubble, waste, and debris, and maintains a clean job site.
  • Materials Handling: Loads and unloads trucks, carries materials up to 75 pounds, and assists with materials handling and storage.
  • Landscaping: Performs landscaping duties, including pulling weeds, hedging bushes and trees, and mowing.
  • Heavy Lifting: Lifts and moves heavy objects, including dirt, gravel, and snow.
  • Tool Operation: Operates and maintains hand and power tools, heavy machinery, and powered industrial equipment.
  • Assistance: Provides assistance to carpenters and other trades as needed.

Requirements

  • Physical Ability: Must be physically fit and able to perform strenuous manual labor.
  • Flexibility: Must be flexible and available for day and night work, overtime, and varying shifts.
  • Communication: Must be able to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
