Shift: 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Compensation:
$17.30/hr

Primary Responsibilities:
1. Perform repetitive assembly tasks to construct axles, ensuring high-quality standards.
2. Follow instructions from the Supervisor/Team Leader to complete assigned duties.
3. Exhibit strong collaboration skills and contribute to the organization's operational framework, promoting ongoing improvement and inclusivity within the facility.
4. Be prepared to train and operate various stations along the assembly line.

Qualifications:
1. Entry-level experience is welcome.
2. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
3. Comfortable standing for extended periods during shifts.
