Job Title: Business Development Manager

At Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team.

Job Summary

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with current customers and referral sources, identifying new revenue opportunities, and developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and referral sources to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Prospect and develop new sales leads in assigned verticals
  • Manage and maintain key relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, and other key stakeholders
  • Continuously build product knowledge and refine sales techniques to improve sales performance
  • Prepare and present sales reports and proposals to customers and stakeholders
  • Document and report on key referral-source relationships weekly and monthly
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • 1-2 years experience in the Disaster Restoration field; IICRC Certifications preferred
  • 6-12 months of sales experience or prior sales training is highly desired, but not required
  • Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good customer service skills
  • Highly motivated, strong work ethic, and enjoy the selling process
Working Conditions

The Business Development Manager will work in a fast-paced environment and will be required to travel locally and regionally for trade shows, training, networking events, and to sell services immediately after catastrophic events.

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year, and a comprehensive benefits package.
