  • Perform basic appliance installation and possess the desire to learn custom installations through provided training.
  • Accurately handle and install various household appliances, including washers, dryers, ranges, and refrigerators.
  • Ensure installed appliances are damage-free, correctly installed according to manufacturer specifications, and fully functional.
  • Interact professionally and courteously with builders, designers, and customers.
  • Participate in company-paid installation training seminars and certifications to stay updated on product changes.
  • Fulfill driver duties and responsibilities associated with the role.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in appliance delivery and installation is preferred.
  • Possess mechanical skills and a willingness to learn basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry concepts.
  • Valid state-issued driver's license required.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Ability to obtain or possess a DOT Medical Card.
  • With the assistance of lifting equipment, lift objects weighing 70+ pounds frequently and 90+ pounds occasionally.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and deliver a positive experience.
  • Ability to read and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
