About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic MRI Technologist to join our team at Focus Staff. As a travel healthcare professional staffing agency, we pride ourselves on placing awesome people in awesome places across the United States.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will operate magnetic resonance imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images of patients' bodies. They will work under the direction of the Chief of Radiology and the Imaging Services Director, utilizing their expertise to ensure optimal diagnostic quality and patient safety.

This is a 13-week contract position with a competitive salary of $**150,000 - $180,000 per year**, depending on location and experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance coverage, 401K matching, new licensing reimbursement, and job staffing in all 50 states.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images
  • Interview patients to explain procedures and address concerns
  • Ensure patient and staff safety during MRI procedures
  • Orient new hires and train MRI Technologists, students, and trainees
Requirements
  • Two years of continuous recent experience as an MRI Technologist
  • Licensed in required state
  • BLS certification
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group settings
