Job Summary

A skilled Registered Professional Nurse is sought to provide patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation on a part-time weekend schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Prescribe, delegate, coordinate, supervise, and evaluate patient teaching and the activities of ancillary nursing personnel.
  • Provide direct and indirect care to patients.
  • Maintain current licensure to practice professional nursing in the State of Texas.
  • Develop computer competence within four weeks of employment.
  • Complete critical care classes and examinations within sixteen weeks of employment.
  • Acquire phlebotomy/point of care competency within four weeks of employment.
Requirements
  • Graduate of a State Board School of Nursing or equivalent.
  • Part-time position with weekend hours only.
