  • Responsible for imaging, deploying, and providing technical assistance for laptops, desktops, and peripherals to both in-house and remote clients. Ensure desktop applications are configured correctly and adhere to IT standards. Manage data backup and restoration, as well as hardware maintenance.

Detailed Responsibilities:

  • Deliver on-site desktop assistance for users at designated locations.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot workstation and peripheral issues, resolving them both remotely and in person.
  • Guarantee that user applications and devices function properly and comply with relevant policies and regulations.
  • Install and maintain network devices that provide essential services.
  • Conduct user data backup and recovery with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Manage surplus equipment following established protocols, ensuring proper sanitization of electronic devices, including disk wiping to Department of Defense standards.
  • Document and track problem tickets, escalating to the appropriate teams when necessary.
