Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in comprehensive training programs to develop essential skills in providing care to our residents.
  • Learn and apply fundamental nursing skills under the guidance of experienced healthcare professionals.
  • Assist nursing staff in providing daily care to residents, including support with activities of daily living.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure the well-being of residents and promote a positive living environment.

Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
  • An interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill, with the ability to work with both.
