Overview:
  As a Medical Director at CSL Plasma, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and safety of our plasma collection process. You will be responsible for overseeing medical staff, conducting confidential interviews with donors, and responding to donor suitability questions.
  About the Role:
  Main Responsibilities:
  • • Provide medical oversight to Medical Staff Associates, including their training
        • Conduct confidential interviews with donors to obtain information in various situations
        • Respond to donor suitability questions and provide instruction to Center Medical Staff
        • Evaluate newly trained Medical Staff Associates for completion of training and recommendation for certification by Regulatory Affairs
      
Requirements:
  Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical or osteopathic school
  Experience: One year of residency training as an MD or OD
  Salary: Estimated salary range $220,000 - $320,000 per annum, depending on location and experience
