Key Responsibilities:
- Provide and coordinate nursing care to patients, prioritizing their needs and ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Triage patients, assessing the severity of their symptoms and referring them to the appropriate level of care.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care, taking into account the patient's medical history, current condition, and treatment goals.
- Collaborate with the patient, their family, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Document interventions, treatments, and patient progress, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, empowering them to take an active role in their healthcare.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and guidelines, applying evidence-based knowledge to improve patient care.
Requirements:
- 2 years of recent experience in an Orthopedic Clinic setting.
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Valid license as a Registered Nurse issued by the State of Minnesota.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in area of clinical specialty.
- BSN degree or higher, with a strong emphasis on academic education and professional development.
