About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Pool Server to join our team at Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale. As a Pool Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while they dine, drink, and enjoy the amenities at Saguaro Blossom Pool.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cordially greet guests and take orders in a professional manner.
  • Serve and clear items, open and close side work, and maintain menu presentation.
  • Operate the point of sale system and attend to guests poolside.
  • Exude an enthusiastic and outgoing personality, taking orders, serving food and drinks, processing payment, and delivering checks.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the pool deck and surrounding area.
  • Work effectively with management, bartenders, and service staff to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests.
  • Provide additional assistance in the dining room and catering events as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma.
  • One year's experience as a server/cocktail in a similar restaurant environment.
  • Good attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to read and write in English proficiently and have basic math skills and the ability to use a calculator.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including double shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Demands
  • Work tasks are performed outdoors.
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to fulfill tasks.
  • Requires manual dexterity, grasping, writing, standing, walking, repetitive motions, bending, and climbing.
  • Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours in length.
  • Must be physically able to lift and carry heavy trays and equipment, as well as delicate china and glassware, up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular and continuing basis.
