Job Title: Prevention and Outreach Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Prevention and Outreach Manager to join our team at Friends For All. As a key member of our Client Services department, you will be responsible for leading and managing our HIV prevention and outreach initiatives.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HIV prevention strategies and outreach programs that align with organizational goals and public health best practices.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate community-based interventions to reduce HIV transmission and increase awareness.
  • Identify and prioritize at-risk populations for targeted outreach and prevention and testing efforts.
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping in compliance with local and federal regulations.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead, supervise, and support a team of outreach and prevention staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support professional development opportunities for staff.
  • Facilitate team meetings, training sessions, and other activities to enhance staff knowledge and skills.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, schools, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in public health, Social Work, Nursing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HIV/AIDS outreach, case management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in program development, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Minimum 3 Years experience supervising staff.
