**What You'll Be Doing**

As a Registered Nurse with ComForCare, your role will involve:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of client status, including physical, psychosocial, and environmental parameters.
  • Developing individualized plans of care that incorporate analysis of data and current scientific findings.
  • Providing interventions to help clients achieve realistic outcomes.
  • Reporting changes and updating plans of care as needed.
  • Administering medications as prescribed.
  • Maintaining accurate records of client assessments, planning, and evaluations.
  • Initiating referrals to other healthcare professionals as necessary.

**What We're Looking For**

We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and support to our clients. To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited school of professional nursing.
  • A current license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Access to reliable transportation.
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to safety and infection control practices.
