  • Work closely with patients and their loved ones to establish goals of care and ensure treatment aligns with their wishes.
  • Demonstrate expertise in pain and symptom management, and provide education to patients and caregivers on self-management techniques.
Requirements
  • Education: MD or DO degree and board certification in Palliative Care or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience in palliative care or a related field, preferably in a home-based care setting.
  • Licensure: Active, unrestricted medical license to practice in New Jersey.
