Position: Lead Mobile Quality Assurance Engineer

About the Team

At Fidelity Corp, we are excited to present a pivotal opportunity for a Lead Mobile Quality Assurance Engineer (iOS or Android) who will be instrumental in developing and maintaining a robust and scalable platform for our native mobile applications.

In this role, you will leverage your extensive mobile development and testing expertise to architect, create, validate, deploy, and enhance customer-facing software solutions. Additionally, you will guide your team in embracing test automation frameworks and best practices to ensure we deliver high-quality products efficiently.

Qualifications You Bring

  • Proven experience in mobile feature development and testing is essential (XCUI for iOS or Espresso for Android)
  • 4 to 7 years of experience in feature development, debugging, and supporting mobile applications
  • Experience in delivering software within an Agile framework
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies and CI/CD pipelines is advantageous.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline

  • Utilize your quality assurance knowledge to enhance software design, promote sound engineering practices, and implement bug prevention strategies, ensuring testability and security
  • Actively engage in the development lifecycle by writing and maintaining application features and automated tests, including unit tests, component tests, integration tests, functional tests, performance tests, scenario tests, and interoperability tests
  • Assist the team in crafting reliable, precise tests and integrating them into CI/CD pipelines
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance test coverage, accelerate release velocity, and improve production health
