Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual HR Assistant to join our team at HR Pals. As an HR Assistant, you will provide exceptional support to our clients, ensuring seamless HR operations and delivering top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR administration and operations for clients, including new hire onboarding, payroll processing, and employee documentation.
  • Partner with HR Managers to deliver value-added HR services and support clients' HR needs.
  • Provide expert HR guidance and counsel to management and team members, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Build and maintain healthy relationships with clients and team members.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of successful HR, Payroll, or client-facing/customer service experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and consultation skills.
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English.
