Job SummaryWe are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Hickory Creek at Crawfordsville. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing care and compassion to our residents, acting as a positive teammate to fellow employees, and building relationships with team members, family members, and residents.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care and compassion to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Act as a positive influence on fellow employees, helping to onboard new teammates and promote a positive work environment.
- Build relationships with team members, family members, and residents through effective communication and a caring attitude.
- Assume responsibility for resident care on a designated unit, planning and implementing care plans to meet individual needs.
