Job SummaryWe are seeking experienced LPNs and RNs to join our team at Wellbrooke of Crawfordsville. As a nurse at our facility, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and their families.
Responsibilities- Create a warm and friendly environment for residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being from admission through discharge.
- Advocate for residents at every stage of care, going above and beyond to meet their needs.
- Develop personalized care plans for each resident based on observation and expertise.
- Respond quickly and calmly to emergency situations, taking initiative to initiate life-saving measures as needed.
- Administer medication to residents and maintain accurate records of care provided.
- Hold an LPN Certificate or Registered Nurse (RN) degree or diploma from an accredited college/university.
- Have a valid LPN or RN state license and CPR certification.
- Be experienced in nursing practices and knowledgeable about laws, regulations, and guidelines related to long-term care.
