Job Summary

We are seeking experienced LPNs and RNs to join our team at Wellbrooke of Crawfordsville. As a nurse at our facility, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Create a warm and friendly environment for residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being from admission through discharge.
  • Advocate for residents at every stage of care, going above and beyond to meet their needs.
  • Develop personalized care plans for each resident based on observation and expertise.
  • Respond quickly and calmly to emergency situations, taking initiative to initiate life-saving measures as needed.
  • Administer medication to residents and maintain accurate records of care provided.
Requirements
  • Hold an LPN Certificate or Registered Nurse (RN) degree or diploma from an accredited college/university.
  • Have a valid LPN or RN state license and CPR certification.
  • Be experienced in nursing practices and knowledgeable about laws, regulations, and guidelines related to long-term care.
