About the Role

We are seeking an experienced F-22 Simulator Pilot to join our team at JT4, LLC. As a key member of our engineering and technical support team, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining realistic, integrated test and training environments for the U.S. Air Force, Space Force, and Navy.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a subject matter expert on 5th generation fighter aircraft, with a focus on the F-22A.
  • Provide engineering support for test planning, design reviews, and other related testing activities.
  • Assist the software development team in developing and integrating an advanced synthetic test and training environment.
  • Support the development of customer test plans and test cards.
  • Communicate with Joint Simulation Environment (JSE) customers, subject matter experts, and development team representatives.
  • Configure the battlespace, recommend post-test reconfigurations, and prepare the virtual environment.
  • Conduct research, analysis, correlation, and assessment.
  • Instruct, mentor, and demonstrate to fellow pilots and engineers.
  • Act as a technical liaison to outside organizations.
  • Provide simulated adversary pilot support for the JSE.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or other STEM discipline from an ABET-accredited academic institution.
  • Current or former United States Military Fighter Pilot.
  • Knowledge of theory of flight, air navigation, meteorology, flying directives, aircraft operating procedures, weapons systems, and mission tactics.
  • U.S. Citizen.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Top Secret//SCI security clearance.
Desired Experience
  • 2+ years of 5th Generation Fighter Aircraft Experience.
  • Graduate of the United States Air Force Weapons School or United States Navy Top Gun.
  • Graduate of the United States Air Force Test Pilot School or United States Navy Test Pilot School.
  • Development Test or Operational Test Experience.
  • Experience in managing or conducting United States Military flight test operations.
