LPN-LTC Vent Unit Opportunity

At LifeBridge Health, we are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in the Vent Unit at Levindale Hebrew Geriatric Center and Hospital. As a LPN-LTC, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized nursing care to residents in the Vent Unit, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Collaborate with the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Assume leadership roles as needed, contributing to the daily operations of the unit.
  • Utilize basic physical assessment skills and a general understanding of nursing principles to ensure resident care.
Requirements:
  • Formal working knowledge equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college).
  • Less than one year experience.
  • Graduate of accredited school of nursing (diploma).
  • License for Practical Nursing and AHA CPR Certification.
  • Basic computer skills.
