Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional and composed demeanor while actively listening to inquiries and feedback.

• Ensure prompt and professional communication through phone calls and written correspondence.

• Skillfully manage time to effectively juggle multiple projects.

• Exhibit outstanding analytical capabilities to navigate various challenges that may arise.

• Stay informed about state regulatory agency statutes and the community's governing documents, policies, and procedures for each client.

• Review financial reports of associations and assist in formulating Annual Budgets.

• Oversee property enhancement and construction initiatives to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion.

• Supervise front desk, maintenance, and janitorial personnel, if applicable.

• Cultivate professional relationships with the Board of Directors, Unit Owners, residents, and vendors.

• Prepare for and conduct Board meetings, creating management reports in advance.

• Analyze market trends and investment opportunities to effectively manage client portfolios.

• Monitor and assess portfolio performance, making strategic adjustments as necessary to optimize returns.

• Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on portfolio status and address any concerns or inquiries.

• Stay abreast of industry regulations and compliance standards to ensure portfolios adhere to legal requirements.

• Collaborate with the investment team to develop and implement investment strategies that align with client objectives and risk tolerance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in portfolio management or a related field.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.

• Strong understanding of investment strategies and financial markets.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• US Work Authorization.
