Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional patient care by following established clinic workflows and protocols.
- Perform specific nursing care related to the specialty of the practice, ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction and outcomes.
- Obtain patient consent and maintain confidentiality, adhering to federal and state laws and regulations.
- Assess patient health status, obtain and document health history information, and provide care based on practice guidelines and standards.
- Administer prescribed treatments, medications, and monitor treatment progress, ensuring accurate documentation and communication with healthcare providers.
- Educate patients and families about health status, health maintenance, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams to improve patient care processes and outcomes, tracking quality assurance data and monitoring for acute and chronic care management.
- Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing.
- Current/valid Licensed Practical Nurse License from the state licensing board.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Care Life Support (ACLS) certification.
$27.06 per hour.
