Position Overview

TEKsystems is seeking a Salesforce Solutions Architect.

This role involves a variety of responsibilities that are essential for the effective management of Salesforce systems:

  • Implementing and promoting Salesforce Best Practices while providing support to end users.
  • Collaborating with the CRM Solutions Manager and Product Owner to ensure alignment of work priorities with business objectives.
  • Offering insights on project design and requirements for implementation.
  • Partnering with functional leads to convert and develop new requirements into actionable designs and implementations.
  • Working closely with the Product Owner and both onsite and remote development teams to achieve project goals, including data modeling, security assessments, and evaluating configuration versus development needs.
  • Cooperating with Product Owners and the Architect team to ensure that each product developed within the enterprise organization aligns with the broader enterprise implementation strategy.

Key Skills Required:

  1. Experience in data modeling, which is crucial for a solutions architect role.
  2. Ability to translate functional requirements within the Salesforce ecosystem.
