Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at ECHN, a small community hospital that values employee engagement and patient care.

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting and modifying evaluations based on patients' symptoms, level of activity, and medical status. They will establish individualized goals for each patient and document their progress in accordance with insurance guidelines and departmental policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
  • Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Supervise affiliated students and provide mentorship and guidance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments through continuing education courses

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current licensure in Physical Therapy (CT)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Reliable transportation for travel between work sites

Salary: Estimated annual salary: $85,000 - $110,000, commensurate with experience
