Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Build Meaningful Relationships: Establish strong bonds with our residents and their families, understanding their unique needs, preferences, and personalities.
- Provide High-Quality Care: Deliver personalized support with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Participate in ISP Development: Collaborate with the community team to create and update Individualized Service Plans, tailored to each resident's needs.
- Ensure Resident Safety: Partner with the community team to maintain a safe and secure environment, adhering to OSHA requirements and promoting Risk Management programs.
- Deliver Excellent Customer Service: Respond to dining requests, provide exceptional hospitality, and ensure seamless interactions with residents, family members, and visitors.
- Meet Required Qualifications: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, previous experience working with seniors preferred, and demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Compensation: Our competitive salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications. This figure reflects our commitment to fair compensation and your value as a dedicated Care Manager.
