Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate local market dynamics, pinpoint current and future sales prospects, and formulate forecasts, financial targets, and operational plans for the branch.
  • Propose beneficial modifications to branch policies and organizational goals.
  • Support the Regional Manager in establishing branch and corporate objectives.
  • Facilitate effective communication with other branches and senior management by sharing insights on best practices, competitive analysis, business prospects, and requirements.
  • Promptly address customer satisfaction concerns.
  • Collaborate with the Credit Department to implement and uphold credit policies.
  • Engage actively in community, business, and industry associations to enhance the branch's and company's visibility and reputation locally.
  • Meet the profitability targets of the division/branch and organization.
  • Take overall responsibility for revenue, margins, product mix, and market share goals.
  • Manage and expand existing distribution accounts from an operational standpoint.
  • Analyze data for trends and develop and execute value-added programs.
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of initiatives to drive sales and enhance margins.
  • Participate in operational meetings and prepare necessary reports.
  • Work collaboratively with sales directors from area suppliers and representatives from manufacturing organizations.
  • Recruit, train, and oversee sales personnel.
  • Enhance knowledge of industry standards, products, and management and financial principles.

  • Experience with products/applications is required.
  • Supervisory experience is preferred.
