Job Summary

The Portfolio & Collections Administrator will be responsible for analyzing customer disputed statement invoices and balances, maintaining insurance and UCC database information, and ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines. This role requires strong communication skills to interact with Program Administrators, Collectors, Credit Committee Underwriters, and other finance team members.

This position involves analyzing customer disputes, issuing credit or charge-off recommendations, reconciling large multi-store billing and pricing issues, troubleshooting discrepancies, requesting credits, resolving unapplied cash, and collecting outstanding balances as needed. Additionally, the successful candidate will maintain proper account spreadsheets and data collection efforts, clarify audit results, provide collection support, and prepare documentation for direct collection and litigation purposes.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance.
  • 2-4 years of experience in finance, collections, or retail.
  • Understanding of Account Receivables.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel.
  • Strong reconciliation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is between $55,000 and $65,000, depending on skills, experience, and location.
